A landmark collaboration unfolded at TechQuest STEM Academy hub yesterday, as we welcomed a distinguished delegation from Germany, orchestrated by terratalent in partnership with Black in Tech, Berlin.
This visit, facilitated by the Africa Berlin Tech Network, culminated in an engaging fireside chat on the 24th of June, 2024.
The event brought together visionaries from both continents, creating a vibrant atmosphere of knowledge exchange and innovation. Our founder, Charles Uche Emembolu, alongside the TechQuest STEM Academy team graciously hosted these esteemed guests, representing organizations at the forefront of tech innovation and workforce development.
We were honored to welcome Kave Bulambo (She/Her), Founder of BlackInTech Berlin, Elisha Olukanni (Project Program Coordinator at terratalent) , Matthias Kramer (General Manager, Swissbrands) and Marco Maiworm (Impact Founder and CEO, EarthMates). Their diverse expertise and perspectives greatly enriched our discussions.
As conversations flowed, we delved into TechQuest’s initiatives, exploring avenues to empower Africa’s burgeoning digital workforce. The dialogue was rich with insights, showcasing the immense potential that lies in cross-continental partnerships.
