Well-versed serial tech-entrepreneur with over 11 years of multi-industry experience in leveraging technology for transforming business operations. A recognised business leader with a distinctive track record of building and leading fast-growing digital ventures, mentoring and advising other founders, advocating for and reviewing favourable policies. Frequently speaks to a wide variety of audience on different business topics covering fundraising, growth strategy, business digitization, e-commerce, government policy and people management. On a mission of building technology-driven ventures that solve challenges for traditional industries.

I am a graduate of Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. I also have a postgraduate certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing CIM), United Kingdom. I am a serial entrepreneur who successfully founded and still runs Lasiko - a promotional products company that has grossed multimillion-dollar revenue since launch.

In 2016, I co-founded suvenia.com, an e-commerce platform that allows individuals easily discover, buy & sell personalised items. In November 2017, alongside 23 other African entrepreneurs, from 7 different African countries, were selected to participate in the inaugural 2-year e-founders fellowship by Alibaba (the world’s second-biggest e-commerce company) and the United Nations Committee on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), commencing with an intensive course at the Alibaba global campus in Hangzhou China. The three-week intensive course included capacity-building in e-commerce, from inventory management and rural commerce to logistics and mobile payment systems, as well as how to use data to best capture consumer preferences.

I am also a member of the Youth Advisory board of OXFAM Work in Progress Alliance, where I alongside other young individuals provide recommendations on the scope and impact of the program in Nigeria, which focuses on capacity building for SMEs and young individuals. I am an alumnus of the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Program, a beneficiary of the World Bank GEM Business Plan Grant, as well as Systemspecs NITDA seed funding, finalist at Startup Istanbul, and CEO of one of the top 30 startups at DEMO Africa 2017. In the past, I have worked in the marketing communications industry working on some of the biggest brands in Nigeria, as well as some gubernatorial and presidential political campaigns. I am very passionate about young people and helping them achieve their potential.
