She currently serves as the Head of Marketing, Sub Saharan Africa for Pladis Global, with senior management experience across the financial and manufacturing sectors, within West/East Africa and Middle East markets.
A visionary leader, team player, strong influencer with experience in global FMCG companies, and an impressive track record in portfolio and category management across very competitive categories with full P&L responsibilities with a go-to-market mind-set.
Dr Tola is an energetic and passionate expert in the crafting and implementation of consumer-centric and resonant marketing strategies working in a high matrix structure. previously responsible for Innovations at Guinness (A Diageo Company), Head of Shopper and Customer Marketing at Unilever Nigeria /Arabia, Regional Marketing Manager West Africa at Reckitt Benckiser, Category Innovations at Mondelez (Cadbury Kraft), and Business Service Manager at Polaris Bank. Additionally, responsible for managing and developing talents across the markets.
She is a recipient of many awards within her industry as well as Government institutions through the Ministry of Health.
